UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN River Falls

General Services

Parking Enforcement

The Parking Department is responsible for the enforcement of parking regulations on University lands. The Parking Department is authorized by Wisconsin Administrative Codes 18.05 and 18.06 to enforce parking compliance of University parking regulations. A citation will be issued to any vehicle parking in violation of published or posted parking regulations. Vehicles parked in violation may be towed and impounded at the operator's expense. Refusal to pay fines, fees, or forfeitures will result in holds on university records, referral to a collection agency, and/or placement of a DMV hold.

Parking on the city streets is enforced by the River Falls Police Department. For information regarding city parking, refer to their website at www.rfcity.org/police.
