We value and appreciate any compliments, suggestions, information, and/or concerns that you can provide about the Office of the Associate Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, its staff, and the units that report to the Office.  Please follow the appropriate steps below to assist us as we work to serve the university and its students well.

Compliments, Suggestions, or Information

If you have compliments, suggestions, or information that you would like to share about any of the staff reporting to the Associate Vice Chancellor (e.g. Office Staff, Coordinator for Learning Effectiveness, Honors Program, Falcon Scholars, Chancellor's Scholars, Outreach and Continuing Education, and/or Institutional Research), please provide the following details:

  • Name or description of the person(s)
  • Date
  • Location, if applicable
  • Your contact information (this is optional): name, email, and cell-phone
  • A complete description of the compliment, suggestion, and/or information that you would like to share.

To submit this in a non-confidential manner, please email the information.

Concerns or Complaints

We endeavor to provide excellent service.  However, if you have concerns or complaints about any of the services provided by the areas reporting to the Associate Vice Chancellor (e.g. Office Staff, Coordinator for Learning Effectiveness, and/or Institutional Research), please take the following steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Discuss the issue with the individual involved.  If a satisfactory outcome does not occur, proceed to step 2.
  2. Discuss the issue with individual's supervisor.  If a satisfactory outcome does not occur, proceed to step 3.
  3. Continue with this process and if a satsifactory outcome does not occur, discuss the issue with the Associate Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Wes Chapin.  If a satisfactory outcome does not occur, proceed to step 4.
  4. Discuss the issue with the Provost and Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs.  You will need to schedule a meeting by calling (715) 425-3700.  If a satisfactory outcome does not occur, proceed to step 5.
  5. File a formal complaint following the directions here.
