1098-T Tax Information

DELIVERY INFORMATION:

Your 2022 IRS Form 1098-T is available online to view and print by logging into your eSIS account. 

On January 5, 2023, an email was sent to your UWRF email account with a subject line of 2022 New Tax Document Notification. The email contains instructions for viewing and printing your 1098-T form. If you have forgotten your UWRF email password, you can reset it at https://password.uwrf.edu/.  If you have questions, please contact the Division of Technology Services (DoTS) at 715-425-3687.

If you are a former student and need accesss to eSIS, please contact DoTS directly for log in assistance at 715-425-3687.

In the event you do not view your form by January 23, 2023, a copy of your 1098-T form will be mailed to your home address as indicated in your eSIS account. Please contact the Student Billing office at 715-425-3145 or billing@uwrf.edu with any questions.

Your 2021 and 2020 1098-T forms are available on your eSIS account. Instructions are available here.

1098-T forms prior to 2020 are available by emailing the Student Billing office at billing@uwrf.edu.
