Off Campus Housing

Before you begin the process of moving off-campus, you must first be sure you are eligible to live outside the residence halls. View the requirements for eligibility in Residence Life. If you're eligible, it is important to realize moving off campus is not a decision to be taken lightly. The decision to move from the residence halls can be a dramatic change, requiring careful consideration.

Consider the following when living off campus:
Cost, type of housing, more responsibilities, commuting, transportation, cooking, communication, safety, city ordinances, roommates and much more.

Rental Listings

There are numerous options for off campus living in the River Falls community. Rentals are available in various forms such as duplexes, townhouses, condominiums, homes, and apartments.  Local newspapers with classified rental listings and property management companies can be a great way to begin your search for a new home. Be sure to check on campus as the bulletin boards often have available listings posted by other students looking for roommates or subtenants.
