Campus Technology Resources

The Division of Technology Services at UW-River Falls provides and maintains a Knowledge Base filled with information about our services, as well as troubleshooting guides for common technology issues across campus. 

In addition to the information readily available in the Knowledge Base, we have also provided quick access to our ticketing system where you can sign in with your Falcon Account to submit technology support and service request tickets, as well as track the progress of the tickets in real-time.
