UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN River Falls
February 27, 2015--Students from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls have helped organize a Dr. Seuss Party at the River Falls Public Library, lower level on Saturday, Feb. 28, at 10:30 a.m. Undergraduate teacher education students will be reading Dr. Seuss stories to children, playing pin the hat on the cat, participating in a gold fish game of Bingo and hosting a series of other Seuss-themed games. They'll also be making crafts.
Every year, schools and libraries across the country celebrate Read Across America events around the March 2 birthday of Dr. Theodor Geisel, a.k.a. Dr. Seuss.
