Michael Walker to Serve as Keynote for National School Counseling Week Address at UW-River Falls
Michael Walker, head of the Office of Black Male Student Achievement for Minneapolis Public Schools and a University of Wisconsin-River Falls alumnus, will be the keynote speaker Monday, Feb. 2, at UW-River Falls in celebration of National School Counseling Week.
 
Sixth Annual Bowls for Hope Event to Benefit BRIDGE for Community Life, Inc.
Early each year the University of Wisconsin-River Falls works with the community to raise funds through the Bowls for Hope event in which proceeds raised help a worthy organization make a difference in the St. Croix Valley. UW-River Falls Undergrads 'Commit to be Fit' for Middle School Students
Beginning in February, Meyer Middle School (in River Falls) students will spend the first minutes of their day jumping rope, dancing Zumba, and practicing resistance training thanks to the Wisconsin Medical Society Foundation and the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
