Biography:

Faith Reyes is a Dairy Outreach Specialist in the Division of Extension at the University of Wisconsin – Madison. She works to understand dairy farmers’ needs to provide directed, beneficial education programs. She serves as a bridge between the novel research taking place at the university level and the dairy industry by communicating research outcomes and applicable on-farm solutions. Prior to joining Extension, she conducted applied research on the impacts of resource competition on behavior and feed efficiency, grouping strategies, and disbudding in dairy cattle, as well as liver abscesses in feedlot cattle. Faith has also gained valuable industry experience while consulting in the areas of livestock handling and transport, humane stunning, and facility design.
