Freshman and Transfer Student Permit Lottery.
The Lottery deadline has past! If you wish to obtain a parking permit for the 08/09 academic year you will need to complete a Permit Appeal.
PERMIT ASSIGNMENT
Permits are assigned based on the following information:
- Returning student applications received by May 16 th .
- Freshmen and transfer student lottery. Applications must be received or postmarked by June 25 th
- Appeal Process (appeals received by Aug 6 th).
New and transfer student applications received and/or postmarked after June 25 th will only be accepted by appeal. All appeals will be reviewed after the lottery for incoming students is complete. All appeals must be made via the appeal form on the Parking website.

Lottery Process
- The lottery will be completed by July 22th.
- Notification will be sent via email by July 23th advising if a permit has been granted within the lottery. This notification will include instructions on permit distribution.
- If you do not receive a permit via the lottery, you will receive notification via email by July 23th. This notification will include information regarding the parking permit appeal process and deadline for appeal.
