Abandoned Vehicles

Vehicles left on university property without proper registration or a valid permit for more than ten days will be considered abandoned and will be towed and impounded at the owner's expense.

If the vehicle is not claimed within thirty days of the letter sent out by local towing companies, the towing service will begin proceedings to dispose of the vehicle.

When these proceedings have been completed, the university shall be absolved of all rights/responsibilities to the vehicle and the vehicle shall become the property of the towing service.
