Assessment Plan Elements - this document highlights the seven elements that are to be included and updated in an academic program’s assessment plan. This document was approved by Faculty Senate on November 1, 2006.

Assessment Plan Rubric - this is the rubric that the Faculty Senate Assessment Committee uses to evaluate all Assessment Plans. The rubric was approved by Faculty Senate on November 1, 2006.

Assessment Report Elements - In order to examine the efforts of an academic program’s assessment of student learning, an annual assessment report is due at the end of the spring semester. This document highlights the five elements that are to be included in the Assessment Report; it was approved by Faculty Senate on November 1, 2006.
