The Department of New Student and Family Programs is committed to providing new students and their families with the information, resources, and support that are needed as they transition to and through the college experience.

We will challenge and support new students as they engage in UWRF’s intellectual, cultural, and social climate. Students will be introduced to the educational opportunities and social responsibilities that are available to and expected of them as campus community members.

We also believe that parents and families serve as valuable partners in student success.  We understand that involved and informed family members are an essential resource to new students during their transition to campus.
