The University of Wisconsin-River Falls, College of Agriculture, Food and Environmental Sciences is proud to offer the Falcon Food
Cheese Gift Boxes.

Falcon Foods Cheese is produced by the UW-RF students in the university plant. Students work under the direction of a full-time plant manager and produce a variety of dairy products including cheese, ice cream and spreads.

This year the FALCON FOODS Cheese Gift Boxes are being offered to you with 16 varieties of cheese to choose from. Also available is a stick of Wisconsin's finest summer sausage.

Each cheese has been processed to the peak of fine flavor for the true cheese connoisseur on your Christmas list. An added note - the smoked cheese has been smoke using hickory wood chips in a smoke house to give it a true wood smoke flavor.

Appetizing selections of cheese are available in either 8 oz. or 1 pound blocks. You may combine any of the different varieties as well as the different blocks of cheese to form a 2 lb. or 4 lb. gift box. In the unlikely event of shortages, only substitutions of equal or greater value will be made.

Cobblestone Red is a creamy semi-soft cheese marbled with Chateau St. Croix’s Chateau Rouge wine. Chateau Rouge is a specialty blend of red Zinfandel and Muscat that creates a rich, full-bodied sweet burgundy colored wine that carries flavors of fresh berries, black cherries and vanilla. This combination enhances the beauty, flavor and texture of the white Cheddar curd used to create these full and half wheels of artisan cheese.
