Proposed Initiatives

The Strategic Plan Coordinating Group and University-wide Goals & Initiatives Task Force would like to thank the UWRF community for taking the time to contribute in the strategic plan process and submitting meaningful initiatives. The task force received 27 initiatives during the first round. The second round of initiatives yielded an additional 22 initiatives. These initiatives are now available for campus community viewing by entering your Falcon Account and password into the prompt below.

The University-wide Goals & Initiatives Task Force is recommending a set of university-wide initiatives to Faculty Senate for their vote and the Chancellor for his approval. Initiatives are provide in support of the approved strategic goals. These goals are:

  • Distinctive Academic Excellence
  • Global Education and Engagement
  • Innovation and Partnerships

Initiatives denoted with a "*" were voted on and approved by Faculty Senate on Wednesday, Feb. 29, 2012.
