Professional Staff
The Department of New Student and Family Programs has five professional staff members dedicated to helping new students, veteran students, international students, and their family members and supporters make a successful transition to campus.

Student Managers-Orientation and Transition Programs
Student managers assist in the planning and implementation of a variety of New Student Programs, including New Student Registration, International Student Orientation, Week of Welcome, Academic Day, Family Day, and more.

Student Managers-Veteran Services
Student managers in Veteran Services assist students by explaining complicated federal and state Veterans Affairs education benefits, offer transition assistance from military to civilian life, and assist with the planning of on and off campus activities, including, but not limited to, Veterans Week programs.  All Veteran Services' staff have served in the military.

Orientation and Transition Leaders
A group of exceptional student leaders who are dedicated to assisting new students, their family members, and supporters during their registration, orientation, and transition to the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
