Cyndi is a Social Psychologist. She teaches Social Psychology, the Psychology of Prejudice and Racism, Careers in Psychology, and Senior Seminar. As a specialist in the area of race and racism, Cyndi regularly conducts research and writes about how students learn with respect to this controversial topic. Cyndi also currently serves as the Assistant Dean for Teaching and Learning in the College of Arts and Sciences. In that capacity, she collaborates with other instructors on teaching improvement and works to improve the retention and success of students. Finally, she serves as co-director of the Wisconsin Teaching Fellows and Scholars program (UW System, Office of Professional and Instructional Development).
