Activity Insight

Activity Insight is a tool intended to facilitate university, college, and departmental activities. Its purposes include but are not limited to the following representative examples:

• • Accreditation applications (e.g. Counseling, Exercise and Sport Science)
  • Accreditation reports (e.g. Communication Sciences and Disorders, Montessori, School Psychology, and Social Work in the CEPS)
  • Data requests from external parties
  • Data requests from UW System.
  • Department of Public Instruction (DPI) program approvals
  • Graduate faculty status (i.e. maintenance of records)
  • Higher Education Data System (HES) surveys
  • Identification of faculty expertise (e.g. when consultants or teams for new initiatives are needed)
  • Individual departments use (e.g. annual, faculty reviews, program prioritization, program audit and review).
  • Program audit and review
  • Program prioritization
  • Re-accreditation (e.g. Higher Learning Commission, the CBE's Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business)
