B.S. in Biomedical and Health Science

The Bachelors of Science degree in Biomedical and Health Science prepares students for careers in health-related professions and laboratory research. Many students in Biomedical and Health Science work towards careers in medicine and participate in the Pre-Health Professional Program. The program prepares students to move on to other colleges and programs following their undergraduate experience at UW-River Falls. The Biology Department has articulation agreements with the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, the Palmer College of Chiropractic, the Medical Laboratory Scientist program of the University of Minnesota, and the Echocardiography and Surgical First programs of the Mayo School of Health Sciences. See the Pre-Health Professions and Affiliation Agreements pages for more information.
