Find Your Fit
Exercise your mind, move your body. At UWRF, you’ve got plenty of opportunities to do both. With a robust Campus Recreation program, exceptional facilities and numerous chances to get involved, you have loads of options to get moving. Play intramurals, take a yoga class, go kayaking or rent some camping gear – all this and more is possible at UWRF. For more information on Campus Recreation, including details about facility hours, Falcon Center memberships and registration links, visit https://www.uwrf.edu/CampusRec/.

Fitness
Grab your friends and break a sweat! Free fitness classes are available to students throughout the year.

Intramural Sports
Over 1,300 UWRF students participate in intramural sports annually. We've got lots of choices, so keep playing an old favorite or try something new!

Club Sports
Sport clubs are the ultimate middle ground. They have a higher level of commitment and competition than intramurals, yet a lesser level than Intercollegiate Athletics.
Falcon Outdoor Adventures
Whether you’re a fishing at sunrise or bike ride at twilight kind of person, Falcon Outdoor Adventures (FOA) will get you ready for all your favorite outdoor activities. FOA offers a rental center where UWRF students can check out all kinds of gear, plus they offer a variety of trips and outdoor clinics for all ability levels. See all the ways you can get outside.
Open Recreation
Need a brain break? We’ve got you covered! Our open rec opportunities give you plenty of chances to get out and get active. Check out an open skate at Hunt Arena, climb the wall during an open bouldering session at the Climbing Wall or even join a pickup basketball game at Karges. View more open recreation opportunities.
Falcon Center
Our $63.5 million Falcon Center for Health, Education and Wellness is a comprehensive indoor and outdoor facility. (And a gem of a facility if we do say so ourselves!) The Falcon Center welcomes the entire university community and is home to Health and Human Performance, Falcon Athletics and Campus Recreation. Check out all the facilities.
