The Resident Director of Academics (RDA) is responsible for providing overall direction and guidance for the academic components of the Experience Scotland program. The RDA is expected to work to broaden and strengthen the academic program, and deepen the cultural experience through community outreach and the integration of local resources into the curriculum of the program. Applications for the fall 2017 and spring 2018 RDA positions are now available. All application materials must be submitted to the online application no later than March 12, 2017. If you do not receive an email confirming submission of your application, it means your application is incomplete and will not be reviewed for selection.
The Assistant Resident Director (AD) is responsible for providing both administrative and student support services to the program. The AD will work closely with the Resident Director of Operations and Student Life (RDO), serving in a number of leadership/supervisory capacities and playing a key role in facilitating several essential program functions.
