Textbook Services will be closed Wednesday March 20th through Friday March 22nd. We will be open Monday and Tuesday of that week during our normal hours.
Textbook Services is currently hiring for Seasonal Staff. You can find a detailed Position Description and a link to the job on Handshake on our Student Employment page. Textbook Services staff positions are Student Assistant not Work Study.
Spring textbook issue will begin on Tuesday January 16th at Textbook Services in Chalmer Davee Library. All textbooks from previous terms must be returned and any Textbook Services fines paid before you can check out Spring textbooks. Starting Monday January 29th, no appointment is required to get textbooks.
You MUST have a valid picture ID (school ID, driver's license, passport) to check out books. You must pick up your own books. You can find your required book list at go.uwrf.edu/MyBooks.
If you are unable to to come to campus to check out your textbooks in person, you can request them to be mailed here: Request Textbooks to Be Mailed. There is a $15 mailing fee that will be charged to your eSIS account.

Textbook due dates are typically the day after the last day of finals. For Summer and Winter terms the due date is the first day of classes of the following term (e.g., Fall term for Summer books.) If a student requires the book past the due date (e.g., took an incomplete, need to finish a paper), their instructor or advisor must email Textbook Services to request this.

Textbook Services has two drop boxes for after hour textbook return. They are only open when Textbook Services is closed. One is outside the southeast entrance to the Chalmer Davee Library (doors facing the UC.) The other is set in the wall to the left of our service window at 241 Chalmer Davee Library.
Welcome to Textbook Services. Our mission is to provide primary and secondary textbooks and learning resources to UW-River Falls students in direct support of the curriculum. Our service is primarily for undergraduates.
