Alice Reilly-Myklebust

Alice Reilly-Myklebust, RN, PhD

Director of Student Health and Counseling Services

Alice provides general oversight of Student Health Services and coordinates the provision of care by various contracted providers. She also serves on campus as a health issues resource and consultant and works with students, staff, faculty, administration, and members of the community to develop and carry out policies and programming for the optimal health of students.


Keven Syverson

Keven Syverson, PhD, MPH

Assistant Director of Health Promotion

Keven provides campus-wide prevention-focused programming on issues such as alcohol, tobacco, physical activity, sexual health, etc. He also speaks to classes, residence hall groups, and student groups and organizations on health-related topics and serves on several campus and community health related committees, and oversees certain prevention grants.

Lori Otto

Lori Otto, RN, MA, CHES

Assistant Director of Clinical Health Services

Lori provides nursing care, health information, counseling, outreach, and advocacy for students at the Vibrant Health Family Clinic and education and information on campus. Katie Ryan, BS

Campus Victim Advocate

The Campus Victim Advocate (CVA) provides advocacy as well as direct and outreach/prevention services to UWRF students, faculty, and staff who have experienced sexual assault, harassment, dating/domestic violence, and stalking.

Provided through an agreement with Turningpoint for Victims of Domestic and Sexual Violence.

Katie has been an advocate for Turningpoint for over six years and received her undergraduate degree from UWRF in Sociology.

Sue Watters

Sue Watters

Office Manager

Oversees all aspects of the management of the front office for Career Services, Counseling Services, and Student Health Services. 

Sue hires, trains, and supervises student staff; organizes and assigns projects. Provides administrative support; schedules appointments and meetings; assists with event coordination, maintains files and records, etc. Orders and maintains office supplies, assists clients with numerous requests and needs.

Chantel Mitchell

Chantel D. Mitchell, BS

Violence Prevention Coordinator

Chantel’s role on campus is to plan, implement, and evaluate prevention strategies, policies, programs, and services in relation to sexual and intimate partner violence.  She is available to provide education and outreach to groups planning and/or conducting efforts related to sexual/intimate partner violence.  In partnership with our Campus Victim Advocate, Chantel is available to meet with victims to provide immediate emotional support and referrals. 

Chantel has experience in direct advocacy, legal advocacy, prevention education, policy development, and training.  She nationally trained in trauma response.  In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and three sons.  A native to River Falls, Chantel loves travel, adventure activities, and dining out.  She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin- Oshkosh with a degree in Human Services with an emphasis in Criminal Justice.
