Academic Integrity

Academic Integrity & Misconduct

Academic Integrity is being honest and ethical in one's academic work which means that all course work submitted by a student should be a result of that student's own efforts, not the efforts of others. The University of Wisconsin-River Falls values academic excellence and integrity. All students are expected to abide by the established polices of the University and are encouraged to be honest and ethical citizens.

Academic Misconduct is any action or attempted action resulting in a student creating academic work that produces an unfair academic advantage for themselves or an unfair academic advantage or disadvantage for any other student(s) of the academic community.
