Program Overview

The SAA at UWRF program provides students with an opportunity to be a member of a cohort of graduate students taking classes both online and in person in the Student Affairs Administration (SAA) graduate program at UW-La Crosse while working in a robust Graduate Student Intern (GSI) role on the UW-River Falls campus.

All GSI positions are paid and provide an opportunity to gain a wide variety of experiences often given to full time professional staff.  More information about the GSI positions at UW-River Falls can be found below.

GSI Positions

Students will be hired for two years for one GSI position in one of the following areas (position descriptions are linked as PDFs).  GSI positions are subject to change prior to each recruitment cycle.  A new cohort will begin at UW-River Falls in summer of 2017.

Your final acceptance into the UW-River Falls program is dependent on being accepted to the UW-La Crosse program and being hired for a UW-River Falls GSI position.
