Lydecker Living and Learning Center

Request Guidelines

The Lydecker Center is a specialized facility that requires active coordination to make sure your event is successful.   

1. Request the space by emailing reservations@uwrf.edu.
2. The space is reserved in a tentative status until you meet with Campus Reservations staff. 
3. All details need to be received a minimum of 72 hours prior to the event.
4. The $25.00 late add/change fee applies to these spaces.

Seating capacities for the whole Mill Suite (Prairie/Junction/Cascade) are approximately 168 in rounds of 8 and 240 in theater seating.  The room can be configured in full, 2/3 or 1/3 configurations.
