Eduroam
If you are not in the River Falls area, there are places with Eduroam service worldwide. Here is a map of locations, https://monitor.eduroam.org/map_service_loc.php  Each institution may, or may not, have parking lot access. Contact the institution in your area to verify if they service, and what that institution's process is for parking lot access. When logging int the Eduroam network use your UWRF email address and password, not your W number.

You should receive communication from your advisor over the next few weeks with additional instructions about the advising process. The registration queue time period is April 17 through April 30, and enrollment proceeds through eSIS as usual. Find out more information about registering in eSIS.

Please keep in mind that instruction does not resume until March 30, and some instructors may be waiting until then to communicate about their sections. Meanwhile, please check each course Canvas webpage to see if there are Announcements or an updated syllabus. Some instructors may have emailed information to students, so be sure to check your Falcon Account regularly.

Deans are planning for student belonging retrieval in conjunction with the controlled residence hall move-out process. An update will be communicated by April 10.

Any student who needs a Spring semester textbook, for whatever reason, including:

  • A textbook you didn't check out earlier and now you need it
  • Your textbook is in a dorm room, or somewhere else
  • Where you can't get it
  • You need your B session textbook

Send an email to Textbook Services (textbookservices@uwrf.edu) with the Subject "Need Textbooks". Include in the email your name, "W" number, which class(es) including section (e.g. ENGL 200-01), and your full mailing address. We will determine if there is an eBook option for you, and if not, we will mail the textbook to you at no charge. Please be aware that due to current on-campus restrictions and current shipping delays, it may take from 3 to 6 business days to receive a physical textbook.

Contact your instructors as soon as possible and let them know what happened and when you have recovered.

Many library resources are available online from elsewhere: https://libguides.uwrf.edu/online
The site is under construction, so expect to see more resources soon.

It is normal to be worried in a time of uncertainty. Please know that there are services and resources available. Additionally, for Spring 2020 only, UWRF students may opt to designate most courses in which they are enrolled as Pass/Fail.
