The State Bureau of Procurement, as provided under Wis. Stat. § 16.71 (1), may delegate the authority to purchase agency materials, supplies, equipment, permanent property and miscellaneous capital, contractual services and other expenses of a consumable nature to designated agents of a state agency. 

This record series documents agreements and related materials between the State Bureau of Procurement and state agencies to formally delegate purchasing authority under Wis. Stat. § 16.71 (1).
