Vendor Parking

A permit or pay by space payment is required to park on campus.

Vendor Permit:

Parking Permits are virtual and valid only for the registered vehicle. Only one vehicle can be registered to a permit at a time. Once the permit is purchased, please contact Parking at 715-425-3333 to update or change the registered vehicle. Vendor permits are valid in Employee Permit Spaces, Loading Zones, 20 Minute Spaces (no flashers required), or Pay by space (non-reserved). Once the permit is purchase please contact Parking at 715-425-3333 to update or change the registered vehicle.

  1. To purchase a vendor permit online:
    • Do you have a Parking Account? (If NO, continute to step 1 / If YES, skip to step 2)
      1. If you do not have a parking account:
        • Create a guest account: Guest Account
        • DO NOT CREATE MULTIPLE PARKING ACCOUNTS. Do not enter the same email address multiple times. If the email address is listed on multiple accounts, you will receive an error during log in.
        • Once you have an contact Parking, 715-425-3333, so parking can set the account  for vendor permit purchases. 
      2. If you already have a parking account:
        • Log in to your parking account using your email address. If your email address has changed, please contact parking with your updated information.
    • Online payments methods are Mastercard, Discover Card, or eCheck.
    • If you do not know your password, use the "retrieve password" link. An email will be sent to you. Emails on more than one account will cause an error. If you receive an error, please contact Parking at 715-425-3333.
  2. Paper applications can be requested at the Parking Office:
    • UWRF Parking 103 RDI, 715-425-3333
    • Application can be returned over the counter or by mail.
    • Payment methods for paper applications are cash and check. 

There are two types of vendor permits that can be purchased:

Term or Annual Permits:

  • Cost per term permit: $30 each (choose a term - Fall, Spring, or Summer)
  • Cost per annual permit: $90 (includes all three terms - Fall, Spring and Summer)

Daily Permits:

  • $8 Per Day Monday - Friday (Saturday and Sundays $0)
  • You choose the valid dates.
