Students in residence halls will be expected to return textbooks at the time of move out. Collection points will be set up in the residence halls. If you are moving out before your finals are over, you may retain any books you need. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you do not return all of your books. We will give you instructions for returning those books.
If you have already moved out of the residence halls or live off-campus, we are making arrangements to have items shipped back to campus as follows:
Students who have textbooks we need for summer will have pre-paid mailing labels emailed to them during the last week of classes. You will receive more detailed instructions at that time.
Graduating students will have pre-paid mailing labels sent to them starting the week of finals. This will be sent to your school email address.
Students who do not plan to return to UWRF in the Fall should email email@example.com telling us you are not planning to return. Please include your current mailing address. We will send you instructions on returning your books.
The book drop outside of Hagestad Hall will be open for book return starting May 11th. If none of the above categories apply to you and you are unable to use the book drop, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your current address so we can arrange shipping.
Due date for Spring term will be 2 weeks after you receive your mailing label or Wednesday, September 2nd by 4:00 PM, whichever is sooner. Late fees will apply if textbooks are not returned by your due date.
We will be mailing textbooks to all students for summer term at no cost using this form, https://www.uwrf.edu/TextbookServices/Mailing-Books.cfm You do not need to return your books from this semester to be able to get your summer books. Priority will be given to students whose classes begin on May 26th.
Thank you all for your patience during this challenging semester. If you have any questions concerning spring book return or summer book issue, please let us know at email@example.com.
