We value and appreciate any compliments, suggestions, information, and/or concerns that you can provide about Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, and its staff. Please follow the appropriate steps below to assist us as we work to serve the university and its students well.

Compliments, Information, or Suggestions

If you have compliments, information, or suggestions that you would like to share about any of the staff within Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, please provide the following details:

  • Name or description of the person(s)
  • Date
  • Location, if applicable
  • Your contact information (this is optional): name, email, and phone number
  • A complete description of the compliment, information, and/or suggestion that you would like to share.

To submit this in a non-confidential manner, please email the information.

To submit this confidentially, please mail the information without any identifying information to Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, UW-River Falls, 410 S. 3rd St., 269 Rodli Hall, River Falls, WI 54022 (you are welcome to use campus mail where practical).

Concerns or Complaints

We strive to provide excellent service. However, if you have concerns or complaints about any of the services or programs provided by the Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, please take the following steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Discuss the issue with the individual involved. If a satisfactory outcome does not occur, proceed to step 2.
  2. Discuss the issue with the individual's supervisor. If a satisfactory outcome does not occur, proceed to step 3.
  3. Continue with this process and if a satisfactory outcome does not occur, discuss the issue with the Assistant Chancellor for Student Success, Jamie Zamjahn. You will need to schedule a meeting by calling 715-425-0720. If a satisfactory outcome does not occur, proceed to step 4.
  4. File a formal complaint following the directions here.
