GPA Maintenance*

I agree with the following statement: I understand that I must maintain at least a 3.3 cumulative GPA and make active progress toward degree completion to remain in the program; to graduate from the Honors Program; I must have a 3.5 GPA by graduation.

Honors Probation*

I agree with the following statement: I understand that if my UWRF GPA falls below a 3.3 I will be placed on Honors Program Probation and will have two semesters to raise my GPA to at least a 3.3. Students whose GPAs fall below a 2.4 are automatically removed from the program and are not placed on Honors Program Probation.

Honors Course Completion*

I agree with the following statement: I understand that I must complete Honors 190 (within three semesters of joining the program); complete Honors 497 (prior to leaving campus); meet the requirements for the five (5) core competencies; and have no history of academic dishonesty. Students joining the Honors Program who have more than sixty (60) credits completed must take Honors 190 within the first two semesters of being in the program.

Withdrawing from the Program*

I agree with the following statement: I understand that I must notify the Honors Program Director if I choose to withdraw from the Honors Program prior to graduation and provide a reason for my request.

Community Engagement*

I understand that I am responsible for completing my 135 community engagement hours.
