The UWRF Student Billing office notifies students that spring semester statements are available to view through the eSIS Student Portal. Please see Tuition Bills for more information.
Spring financial aid is credited to your account, provided all Financial Aid items on your eSIS To Do List are completed. New (both first year and transfer) students must have submitted an official High School Transcript to the Admissions Office showing your graduation date for financial aid to disburse.
If you have excess financial aid after your charges are paid, a refund is processed shortly after. To receive your refund, you must set up direct deposit. Please see Refunds for more information and instructions.
If you are planning on taking summer classes, fill out a summer financial aid application AFTER you have registered for summer courses.

Satisfactory Academic Progress is evaluated for financial aid recipients. By federal regulations, you must be making progress to continue to receive federal and state financial aid.
Continuing students begin to receive their Financial Aid Offer Letters via UWRF email for the upcoming school year.
If you are borrowing a Federal Stafford Loan for the first time next fall, you must complete the online Entrance Counseling and Master Promissory Note (MPN): View the First-time Federal Student Loan Borrower Instructions on how to complete these items.

Admitted Incoming Freshmen for the following school year: complete the UW-River Falls Scholarship Application.
Complete your FAFSA as early as possible so that your aid is packaged in time for the start of fall semester and so that all aid types you may be eligible for are still available.
