HEALTH - Debbie Janis: leads COVID-19 testing and vaccination planning and execution; contact tracing, Q&I contingency plans; main point of contact for Pierce County Public Health (PCPH)
RESIDENCE LIFE - Karla Thoennes: discusses COVID-19 residence hall protocols, helps develop policies and practices to ensure safety and wellbeing of student residents
HUMAN RESOURCES - Michelle Best: consults on any changes to polices or practices that will impact employees
COMMUNICATIONS - Dina Fassino: coordinates internal and external communications and media relations; oversees cross-campus communications

STUDENT GOVERNMENT ASSOCIATION- Brigitte Ledferd, SGA President: represents the voice of UWRF students, point of contact for students, develop student engagement strategies to support university testing and vaccination campaigns.
FACULTY SENATE – Doug Margolis: represents the voice of UWRF faculty and instructors
ACADEMIC STAFF COUNCIL - Kellen Wells-Mangold: represents the voice of UWRF Academic Staff
UNIVERSITY STAFF SENATE - Jody Sather: represents the voice of UWRF University Staff
EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT - Joe Kmiech: participates as needed on emergent COVID-19 issues; monitors and identifies need for EMT support or EOC activation
IT/TECHNOLOGY - Jason Winget: participates as needed to consult on use and optimization of COVID-19 portal/iOps system; data retrieval for vaccine verification, etc.
