As Director of Residence Life, Karla provides leadership to the department and works with staff and students to maintain facilities that are welcoming, clean, and well-maintained as well as deliver programs and services that enhance the educational experience for on-campus students. Karla has worked in the field of student affairs and residence life for 24 years. She has a Master's degree in Counseling and College Student Personnel from Minnesota State University-Mankato and has a PhD in Institutional Analysis of Higher Education at North Dakota State University.
