• Coordinates Hire-a-Falcon resume referral system, using the database to connect graduates to employers with open positions
• Plans and coordinates six workshops each year for students - "Teacher Candidate Professional Development Day" and "Mock Interview Days"
  
• Networks with employers through professional career organizations and at field visits
  
• Oversees student workers posting positions to our website
