Meal Plan Signup And Change

If you have any questions regarding selection, changing or canceling your meal plan, please e-mail dining@uwrf.edu

 

Click the gray bar below to do any of the following:

  •     change your meal plan for next semester or you can sign up direct using the housing and meal plan web portal
  • change your existing meal plan within the first seven days of the start of the meal plan, each semester
  •     add a meal plan during the current semester

Fall 2020 Semester

 

If you are withdrawing from the university, or you no longer are required to have a Fall meal plan, please complete the Meal Plan Cancellation Form 

Note: The Fall semester plan automatically rolls over to the Spring semester. For example, if you are on the 14 Weekly plan for Fall semester, you will be on the 14 Weekly plan Spring semester unless you take action to change the meal plan.

 

This option allows you to convert meals into Dining Dollars, and is only available for participants of the 120 and 60 Block Plans.  Conversion is allowed only during the stipulated time frame. (typically weeks 2-4 of the semester)

Once meals are converted into Dining Dollars they may not be converted back into meals.  Dining Dollars cannot be refunded should the meal plan be canceled for any reason.

The conversion period for Fall 2020 was Sept 8 - Sept. 25

The next opportunity to convert meals will be for the Spring 2021 semester.

 

Block plan participants may convert between 1 and 30 meals into Dining Dollars (limited to the remaining balance on their account) at a rate of $6.00 per meal (maximum of $180.00 in Dining Dollars).

Reminder: Unused Fall Semester Dining Dollars will carry-over to Spring Semester if the student has a meal plan during Spring Semester. Dining Dollars do not carry forward to Fall Semesters.  If not used by the end of Spring semester they are lost. In some situations, Dining Dollars carried forward from Fall to Spring may not be available for use. Contact dining@uwrf.edu for more details.

Running low on block meals?  

Students on the 60 or 120 Block plans who are running low on meals, can purchase an additional block of meals.  We offer two options for purchase:

  • 25 Block Meal Add On
  • 10 Block Meal Add On

Email diningservices@uwrf.edu with your name & student ID number requesting to purchase the additional meals.
All meals must be used by the end of the semester in which they were purchased.
The cost of the additional meals will be placed on your eSIS account.
