Faculty & Staff

To create a directory of faculty photos:

• Follow the instructions to Insert a tabular layout element into the faculty staff page
• Add the amount of table cells and rows according to the amount of staff that work in your department. (Note: The table should be a maximum of two columns wide) 
• Add a textblock element to a container in a table cell.
  
• Add the photo to the the text block by retrieving it from the /facultystaff subsite. (Please do not copy the photos and upload them to the department subsite.)
• In a separate window visit the staff members profile by searching people search.
  
• Add the title and name of the faculty/staff member
  
• Include a link on their name to the faculty/staff member profile by copying and pasting it as an external URL.
