The curriculum includes the following:
ACT Blitz sessions provide all the same preparation of a classroom but from the comfort and convenience of an online format. Students receive a total of 16 hours of instruction over a four-week period or a one-week session held during school breaks.
The ACT Blitz is offered online using Adobe Connect, a free browser plug-in. All you need are a high-speed internet connection, speakers or head phones, and Adobe Flash Player, which can also be downloaded for free.
Course materials will be delivered directly to your home, or arrangements can be made for you to pick them up at the UWRF Continuing Education Office. We recommend registering at least four (4) business days in advance of the class start date to ensure timely delivery of your student package.
The UWRF ACT Summer Institute consists of 20 hours of classroom instruction covered in a four-day week. The Summer Institute features face-to-face instruction from an ACT test preparation expert and extensive online review tools. Our comprehensive program includes test-taking strategies, question formats, and the ACT test components for math, English, reading comprehension, and science reasoning.
Students receive an in-depth review of the exam materials, insight into strategies for succeeding on standardized tests and a comprehensive study plan. Class sessions use real test questions to show just how these skills are tested. The course fee includes all classroom and online sessions and course materials. Students also receive access to online review sessions and open office hours in the time leading up to fall exam dates.

A participant must withdraw in writing, as received by mail, fax or email, to be eligible for a partial refund. Withdrawals received earlier than seven days before the start of the class will receive a refund less a processing fee.
