|Details: Diverse coaching methodologies will be defined, compared, contrasted, and practiced. The course will develop a solid theory-based understanding of health coaching. The boundaries of practice between wellness coaches and psychologists/therapists will be clearly defined to provide students with an understanding of which practitioners and courses of action are recommended under various circumstances commonly encountered in worksite wellness settings. Prerequisite: Introduction to PSYC 101; COMS 101; HWM 300 Introduction to Human Health; HWM 310 Changes Across the Lifespan (F, Sp).
