Details: This course introduces students to the field of Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Students will develop an appreciation of the substantive nature and variability of work behavior and human performance in organizations. The course will focus on various methods that I/O Psychologists use to study work behavior, enhance worker well-being, and improve individual and organizational performance. Example topics will include job analysis, employee selection, employee training, performance management, and work attitudes. (F)
