| Details: This course provides an opportunity for in-depth study of contemporary issues, programs or practices in health education. Depending upon the specific topic of study, the content of the course may focus on research findings, theoretical advances or practical applications of research and theory as they affect health education in schools. Because of its focus on contemporary issues the course is appropriate for teacher education students in training and experienced teachers who desire in-depth training in a specific area.
