Details: This course introduces students to basic concepts, major actors, enduring issues, and contemporary topics of international politics. Major theories and perspectives in the study of international relations will be explored, as well as the security and economic relations among states. Additionally, we will debate the arguments and counterarguments of specific policy choices on selected issues, such as nuclear proliferation, democratization, foreign aid, and global climate change.
