Event Details

The UW-River Falls Career Services Office, in conjunction with Chartwells Catering, has scheduled an Etiquette Dinner, a professional dress occasion designed to assist students who are interested in polishing their social and etiquette dining skills. This two-hour long dinner and seminar is presented by Career Services. Call the Career Services Office at 715-425-3572 if you have specific questions about the event. The five-course meal requires advanced ticket purchase.

Menu for Spring:

First Course:
Chopped kale/spring mix/cabbage with chopped raw brussel sprouts and broccoli, with craisins and pepitas with a poppy seed dressing

Second Course:
Vegetable orzo soup (broth based, no beans) with an oregano seasoning

Third Course:
Lemon sorbet with basil garnish

Fourth Course:
Bruschetta chicken seasoned with shallots, garlic atop tomato, onion, basil, shaved parmesan and a drizzled balsamic glaze

Fifth Course:
Butter tart (in honor of the "Year of Canada")

Options for Individuals with Specific Dietary Needs:
Vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/nut free option: Quinoa stuffed pepper
Dietary dessert: Fresh fruit in glass

  • Advanced ticket purchase required
  • To purchase tickets, fill out registration form (above) and submit with full payment to Career Services, 211 Hagestad Hall
