UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN River Falls
The Career Fair is an excellent way for students and alumni to network with employers from a variety of organizations and UWRF graduate programs. Students benefit from attending by gathering information on organizations and possible job or internship opportunities and by enhancing professional communications skills from speaking with company representatives. Many students obtain jobs or internships as a result of attending the Career Fair.

Registration Dates: Tuesday, July 6 - Friday, October 1
The registration fee includes six 30-minute group sessions with students, capacity for each session is 50 students. This will allow for employers to engage with a larger number of students and share company information. Additionally, representatives, and 10 minute one-on-one student meetings scheduled in advance or after a group session. Each organization will be permitted to register up to 15 representatives; all individuals will need Handshake accounts in order to participate.
The registration cost of $150 is greatly reduced from previous Career Fairs. At UWRF, we understand company finances may be different than previous years. Knowing this is a different format, and our first time hosting a virtual fair, we have reduced cost greatly; however, this cost may change in the future if the virtual format continues.
Handshake facilitated a training webinar for employers, which provided an overview of the virtual career fair features, as well as how to schedule 1:1 and group meetings with students. To access the recording, click here
