Career and Internship Fair

The Career and Internship Fair is an excellent way for students and alumni to network with employers from a variety of organizations and UWRF graduate programs. Students benefit from attending by gathering information on organizations and possible job or internship opportunities and by enhancing professional communications skills from speaking with company representatives. Many students obtain jobs or internships as a result of attending the Career and Internship Fair

Date and Time

Wednesday, October 11 & Thursday, October 12
10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
UWRF University Center

Check in for organizations: 8-9:30 a.m.
Career Fair: 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
Clean-up: 2-2:30 p.m.

Registration and Cost of Attendance

Registering for the Career and Internship Fair begins by creating a Handshake account. You will be prompted to create your account, connect with or create your business, and then connect with UWRF. All employers participating in the event need Handshake accounts.

Registration for the spring Career and Internship Fair runs July 10 - September 29

Early Bird Registration: $325 (July 10 – Aug. 4, 2023)
Standard Registration: $350 (Aug. 5 – Sept. 8, 2023)
Late Registration: $400 (Sept. 9 – Sept. 29, 2023)

Each organization is limited to two representatives. Registration includes one 6-foot table and two meals, and one parking pass. Additional parking passes may be purchased at an additional cost.
