A major in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or Marketing will help prepare you for this exciting world.

Students who major in Business Administration-Finance secure jobs in banking, insurance, real estate, the investment industry, financial planning and risk management.

Mission

The finance curriculum is designed to prepare students for successful careers in corporate finance, financial institutions and services and investments and for graduate study. The curriculum plan is intended to impart the basics of the business functional areas, crucial perspectives and competencies and basic finance knowledge, and then to move on to more in-depth skills and knowledge preparation in these areas.

Accounting and finance faculty members are both academically and professionally qualified. Faculty members have business experience and are active in professional associations. They remain current through research and consulting activities. All accounting faculty members have credentials as Certified Public Accountants and one is also a Certified Management Accountant.
