UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN River Falls
Many times finding a job is about your relationships with people. Use the contacts you have and network with new people you meet to maximize your opportunities. - David Danzinger, 1970, Agriculture Education
How did UW-River Falls prepare you for your current job?
As the general manager of a vineyard and winery, I interact with a lot of people, as my job requires a lot of personalization. It was the interaction with different people I met and talked with while in college that prepared me for what I do now. I was a dairy farmer for many years and after I retired 11 years ago, the vineyard was a hobby that's just gotten out of hand.
