Earth Science, Environmental Science and Agricultural Engineering Special Preview

Experience UW-River Falls on a Falcon Preview Day designated for students interested in Environmental Science, Earth Science or Agricultural Engineering! This program includes campus tours and sessions conducted by faculty, staff and currently enrolled students. This program is designed for students interested in Agricultural Engineering, Agriculture Engineering Technology, Conservation & Environmental Planning, Environmental Science, Geology, and Pre-Engineering.

Academic Experience Session Descriptions

Earth and Environmental Science:
Experience the UWRF programs in Environmental Science, Geology and Conservation & Environmental Planning. Meet faculty and students. See the facilities and check out our cutting edge field and lab equipment. Learn about the support for student engagement and some ongoing projects.

Agricultural Engineering (including Bioprocessing, Environmental and Machinery Systems options):
Visit the recently renovated facilities, including state-of-the-art equipment. Meet faculty and students and see their projects in action. Break some beams!

Information Fair
The information fair provides opportunities to ask questions about financial aid, international study opportunities, residence life, dining services, career services, student health and counseling services, involvement opportunities, academic support, athletics, ROTC, and the Honors program.

Student Panel
Get your questions ready. This is your chance to hear what life at UW-River Falls is really like from a panel of current students. 

Academic Information Sessions
Academic sessions are led by Deans and faculty. During these breakout sessions you will hear more information specifically about your area of study.

Campus Tour
This is a one-hour walking tour of campus led by a currently enrolled student. You will see all our academic buildings, the library, our student center, and a residence hall room on this tour.
