USDA FSIS Wisconsin Food Safety Seminar

The 2013 Wisconsin Food Safety Seminar is a collaboration between the USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service, University of Wisconsin-River Falls, Iowa State University, University of Wisconsin-Madison, and UW-Extension, and will address current topics in food safety featuring speakers from the USDA and participating universities.

The seminar will take place in the Kinnickinnic River Theater in the University Center at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls on Thursday, November 14, 2013.

Lodging, Parking, Maps & Directions

A block of rooms is set aside at the Best Western Plus Campus Inn (formerly Riverview Hotel and Suites, directly across from the University). Reservations should be made directly with the hotel. Mention the USDA FSIS Food Safety Seminar at time of reservation to receive the event rate. Reserve by Nov. 7th. Rooms will not be held beyond this date and rooms will be at regular rate.

Where do I park?

Parking is extremely limited on campus.

Staying at Best Western Plus Campus Inn? No permit is necessary as it is walking distance to the workshop location.
Attending for the day? Free parking is available downtown River Falls a few blocks from campus.
