How can I receive UW-RF credits for my military training or education?

Army:

Pick up a Army American Council on Education Registry Transcript (AART) request form from the Veterans’ Service Office or print one by clicking here.

Fill it out and mail or fax it to:

Pick up a Sailor/Marine American Council on Education Registry Transcript (SMART) request form from the Veterans’ Service Office or print one by clicking here.

Fill it out and mail it to:

Pensacola, FL 32509-5204

Air Force:

Send a written transcript request including:

Your full name.
Social Security Number.
Current address with ZIP code.
