Abstract Submission

To submit your abstract for presentation, please complete the following steps:

1. The link to the right will take you to an Online Submission Form. You will need to provide the following information to complete the form (* indicates required information):

About you*

Your first and last name
Your phone number
Your campus
Your email address
Your program or department

About your presentation*

The title (max. 20 words)
An abstract that summarizes your presentation (max. 300 words). For more information on writing an abstract, and sample abstracts, please see the Abstract Preparation Guide (link)
The presentation type (poster, oral presentation, artistic performance, literary performance, gallery exhibit)

About your sponsor or advisor*

First and last names of your research or creative activity sponsor or advisor
His or her institution
His or her email address
His or her Department
His or her phone number

Other information

Names of co-presenters or co-authors (max. 7) and whether they will attend the symposium
Equipment needs
Names and addresses of guest you want us to invite on your behalf (max. 2 per presenter)
Complete and submit the form, electronically, on or before February 5, 2008.

3. Be sure to print a copy for yourself.

4. If you do not recieve immediate confirmation reciept of your abstract submission, contact UW-River Falls, Outreach and Graduate Studies at 715-425-3256 or by email at symposium@uwrf.edu

5. IMPORTANT, PLEASE ADD symposium@uwrf.edu to your contacts list to avoid confirmation and other information we send you from going to your junk e-mail box. We will notify you, by email, of acceptance of your presentation in early March.
